Shipping & Order Status

If you have an account, you can log in and view your order status from the main account page.

If you checked out as a Guest, we encourage you to create an account- check your email for an invite. You should've received one shortly after placing your order.

Otherwise, check your email for a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Order Processing

Our order processing time right now is 1-2 business days.

+ Standard Shipping

If you chose Standard Economy shipping at checkout, it typically takes up to 5 business days. If the delivery address is around New Jersey, you could receive it in as little as 2 business days!

+ Priority Shipping

If you chose Expedited Shipping at checkout, your order should arrive within 2 business days after processing.

*Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual, so we will do our best to keep you updated every bit of the way!

Yes, we offer free shipping on all US orders over $75.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that customers are responsible for all Duties and Taxes depending on their exact shipping country and area code.

Sales tax is calculated according to the ship-to address for orders placed on Smilestringz.com. If the ship-to state has a sales tax and no exemptions for clothing or clothing accessories, sales tax will be applied at the full state/city/county and any other special district taxes.

Return, Change, or Cancel Order

Returns

Looking to return or exchange your order? We'll happily take back your items within 30 days after purchase for a full refund minus shipping. Submit your return ticket here.

Exchanges

Styles from our Maker Collaboration capsules are final sale, as each piece is made one-of-a-kind.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed the same was as returns, however you can give us a heads up here as to which items you'd like to switch out and we'll issue a full or partial refund for the difference in receipt minus shipping after receiving the returned items.

All returned or exchanged items will be subject to a review of quality and condition before a refund is issued.

Returns/Exchanges Address

Unfortunately our system cannot change an order once it has been placed. However, you may attempt to cancel your order by submitting a cancel request here. Otherwise, you may return your order and place a new order.

You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of submitting.

If you received an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service for an exchange or refund within 90 days of arrival.

If the shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" and you are unable to locate the shipment, please contact the shipping courier and open a claim. We will try our best to contact them and get the issue resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Caring For Your Stringz

*First, always remove your Smile Stringz from the garment or shoe before cleaning.

Cotton, poly-blend, and other fabrics are usually safe to run under cold water. You can use a dot-size amount of soft soap to treat any stains.

Maker Program FAQs

Smile Stringz is an inclusive marketplace where Makers of all mediums can start or grow their brand using our unique products.

Each piece in the collaboration is paired with a charity or non-profit organization so Makers can contribute to support the local and global communities while earning commission on every sale of their strings.

Visit our Maker page, scroll to the bottom, and fill out the basic app. Once we receive your application, we'll decide if a collaboration is the right fit for us!

That's great! So you've been approved in the first stage of the application process, which means we think you, your work, and/or your brand is a right fit for our marketplace. But you're still not 100% in the clear.

Next, we'll be sending you a slightly more elaborate questionaire form so we can gather more detailed facts from you regarding your vision and goals. Once we receive that submission, we'll make our final review and get back to you with our answer within 5 business days!
